At Barkibo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Return Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.Return window: 30 days from deliveryReturn cost: No restocking fee.

Returns are free of charge.

Return shipping: We do not charge any delivery or shipping fee for processing your return.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in original packaging
An order confirmation or receipt is required

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date may not be eligible for acceptance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable

We may decline returns that do not satisfy the conditions outlined above.

Refund Policy – 14 Days Processing

We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed.

If approved:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
We will notify you once your refund is complete

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. To speed up resolution, we may request photos of the item. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
